Comedy author with Parkinson’s tries stand-up comedy

The author behind BBC sitcom The Vicar of Dibley has been making an attempt his hand at stand-up comedy after being recognized with Parkinson’s illness.

Paul Mayhew-Archer unhappy he wished to take to the stage earlier than his situation deteriorated.

Mayhew-Archer, from Drayton, in Oxfordshire, who filmed a documentary final 12 months exploring what’s being completed to develop new therapies, carried out his first gig at The Comedy Retailer in London – with the assistance of some celeb pals.
